We fly the DJI Mavic 4 Pro — the highest quality drone currently available on the market. It records in 4K and 5.1K with cinematic-level stabilization. 3. What does the process look like from first contact to delivery? From the first contact to final delivery, every step is designed so your only responsibility is to approve the result. We handle everything else. 4. Do you have a quality and satisfaction protocol? Yes. Every project follows a structured process — initial brief, visual references, timing recommendations and optimal conditions before the shoot. That preparation ensures the final result aligns with your expectations from day one. If anything doesn't meet the standards agreed in the brief, we resolve it at no additional cost. 5. What does the material delivery include? We deliver organized footage in clearly labeled folders, ready to use. Material includes full resolution files and basic color correction. We don't offer full editing — we deliver premium aerial material ready for your creative team. 6. How long does a typical shoot take? Between 1 and 3 hours depending on location, conditions, and project scope. Everything is defined in the brief prior to the session. 7. How soon will we receive the material? Within 48 to 72 hours from the shoot date. Our standard is to deliver before the promised deadline — never after. 8. What happens if the weather isn't ideal on shoot day? We reschedule at no cost. Visual quality and operational safety are always the priority. The new date is subject to availability. 9. What is your operating area? Gold Coast is our primary market. Projects outside this area are quoted individually based on distance and logistics. 10. Can the material be used on social media and commercial campaigns? Yes. All material is delivered with full usage rights for any platform, digital campaign, or commercial use. 11. Do you require a deposit to confirm the date? Yes. We request a 35% deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final material. Returning clients benefit from preferential payment terms.
